Hebei Haohai Group's predecessor was the Feed and Drug Additives Factory of the College of Fisheries, Hebei Agricultural University (1986). It was established in January 2001 with the strong support of the Provincial Animal Husbandry Bureau, Veterinary Drug Supervision Office, and relevant government departments; In response to the Ministry of Agriculture's requirements for veterinary drug production enterprises to produce in accordance with veterinary drug GMP standards, Haohai Company passed the GMP certification of the Ministry of Agriculture in 2007. Production dosage forms include powders/premixes/powders, insecticides (solid, liquid), disinfectants (solid, liquid), traditional Chinese medicine extraction, microbial fermentation, water quality improvers, etc. After more than ten years of development, it has passed three GMP re-inspections in 2013, 2018, and 2023 respectively. In April 2021, it passed the acceptance project of the Feed Office of the Hebei Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and obtained a production license for mixed feed additives. It is one of the only veterinary drug and animal husbandry dual-certified enterprises in Hebei Province.
