Hebei Haohai Group, formerly known as the Feed Drug Additive Factory of the Aquatic College of Hebei Agricultural University (1986), was established in January 2001 with the strong support of the Provincial Animal Husbandry Bureau, Veterinary Drug Supervision Institute and relevant government departments. In response to the Ministry of Agriculture's requirement that veterinary drug manufacturers meet the GMP standard for veterinary drug production, Haohai Company passed the GMP certification of the Ministry of Agriculture in 2007. The production dosage forms include powder/premix/powder/powder/powder and pesticides (solid and liquid), disinfectant (solid, liquid), traditional Chinese medicine extraction, micro ecological preparation, water quality improver, etc. After more than ten years, it passed GMP re-inspection three times in 2013, 2018 and 2023 respectively. In April 2021, it passed the acceptance project of the Feed Office of the Hebei Agricultural and Rural Bureau and obtained the mixed feed additive production license. It is the only veterinary drug protection double-certificate enterprise in Hebei Province.
