药理作用：
Sulfonamide antibacterial drug. Sulfamethazine inhibits the synthesis of dihydrofolic acid by competing with para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) for dihydrofolate synthetase, thus producing a bacteriostatic effect. Trimethoprim is an antibacterial potentiator that inhibits dihydrofolate reductase, preventing the reduction of dihydrofolic acid to tetrahydrofolic acid and hindering the metabolism and utilization of folic acid in susceptible bacteria. The combination of trimethoprim and sulfamethazine has a synergistic effect.
作用用途：
Sulfonamide antibacterial drug. Used to treat diseases such as red fin, boils, red skin, enteritis, ulcers, and erected scales in aquaculture animals caused by Aeromonas hydrophila, Aeromonas sobria, etc.
不良反应：
In frail and young fish, large and long-term doses may damage liver and kidney function.
注意事项：
(1) Aquatic animals with liver or kidney lesions should use with caution. (2) To reduce kidney toxicity, it is recommended to use with NaHCO3.
