药理作用：
Tetracycline antibiotics. Doxycycline is a highly effective, broad-spectrum semisynthetic antibiotic that inhibits protein synthesis by reversibly binding to receptors on the 30S subunit of bacterial ribosomes, interfering with the formation of ribosome complexes between tRNA and mRNA, and preventing peptide chain elongation. This rapidly inhibits the growth and reproduction of bacteria. Doxycycline is effective against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Cross-resistance exists between doxycycline and chlortetracycline.
作用用途：
