Dosage：
Based on this product. Oral administration: Single dose, 0.06~0.1g per 1kg body weight for chicken, twice daily for 5 consecutive days; Mixed drinking: 0.2g per 1L of water for chicken, for 3~5 consecutive days.

药理作用：
Pharmacology Amoxicillin is a β-lactam antibiotic with a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity. Its antibacterial spectrum and activity are basically the same as ampicillin. Its antibacterial activity against most Gram-positive bacteria is slightly weaker than penicillin, and it is sensitive to penicillinase, so it is ineffective against penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. It has a strong effect on Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Proteus, Salmonella, Haemophilus, Brucella, and Pasteurella, but these bacteria easily develop resistance. It is not sensitive to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Because its absorption in monogastric animals is better than ampicillin, and its blood drug concentration is higher, it is more effective against systemic infections. It is suitable for systemic infections caused by sensitive bacteria in the respiratory system, urinary system, skin, and soft tissues. Pharmacokinetics Amoxicillin is quite stable against gastric acid, and 74%~92% is absorbed after oral administration in monogastric animals. Gastrointestinal contents affect its absorption rate, but not the extent of absorption, so it can be administered in feed. After oral administration of the same dose, the serum concentration of amoxicillin is 1.5 to 3 times higher than that of ampicillin.
相互作用：
(1)This product, when used with aminoglycosides, can increase the concentration of the latter within bacterial cells, showing a synergistic effect. (2)Fast-acting bacteriostatic agents such as macrolides, tetracyclines, and amphenicols interfere with the bactericidal effect of this product and should not be used together.
作用用途：
Beta-lactam antibiotics. Used to treat infections in chickens caused by Amoxicillin-sensitive Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
不良反应：
Has a strong disruptive effect on the normal flora of the gastrointestinal tract.
注意事项：
(1) Hens used for egg production are not to be used during their laying period. (2) Not suitable for use in penicillin-resistant Gram-positive bacterial infections. (3) Prepare and use immediately.
