药理作用：
Antiparasitic drug. Albendazole has a broad-spectrum anthelmintic activity, with a strong killing effect on nematodes, cestodes, and trematodes. Its mechanism of action is to bind to tubulin in the worm, preventing its polymerization with α-tubulin to form microtubules, thereby affecting the cell proliferation processes such as mitosis, protein assembly, and energy metabolism in the worm. Ivermectin has a good killing effect on internal and external parasites, especially arthropods and internal nematodes, and is mainly used to remove gastrointestinal nematodes, lungworms, and external parasites from animals such as pigs. Its anthelmintic mechanism is to promote the release of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) from presynaptic neurons, thereby opening GABA-mediated chloride ion channels. The chloride ion flow can reduce the cell membrane impedance, causing a slight depolarization of the resting potential of the postsynaptic membrane, thereby interfering with the signal transmission between nerves and muscles, causing the worm to relax and paralyze, leading to the death or expulsion of the worm.
