药理作用：
Aztreonam is an aminoglycoside antibiotic with a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity. It is more effective against Gram-negative bacteria than Gram-positive bacteria. It is highly sensitive to most Enterobacteriaceae, including Salmonella typhi, Salmonella paratyphi, Escherichia coli, and Salmonella. Other Gram-negative bacteria sensitive to it include Pasteurella and Brucella. Gram-positive bacteria sensitive to it include Bacillus anthracis, Streptococcus, Corynebacterium, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Staphylococcus. Chlamydia, Leptospira, and Rickettsia are also sensitive to this product. It also has considerable effect on anaerobic bacteria such as Clostridium tetani and Actinomyces. However, it is not sensitive to Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and fungi. Pharmacokinetics This product is rapidly and completely absorbed after oral administration. After absorption, it is widely distributed in various tissues throughout the body. It is mainly excreted in the urine in its original form.
作用用途：
Amphenicol antibiotics. Used for treating intestinal infections caused by Escherichia coli in chickens.
不良反应：
(1) This product has hematological toxicity, mainly reversible inhibition of erythropoiesis, but no cases of aplastic anemia have been reported. (2) This product has a strong immunosuppressive effect.
注意事项：
(1) Do not use in animals during vaccination or with severely compromised immune function. (2) Do not use in laying hens during the laying period.
