药理作用：
Pharmacology Florfenicol is a broad-spectrum antibiotic belonging to the florfenicol class. It is a bacteriostatic agent that exerts its effect by binding to the 50S subunit of ribosomes and inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis. It has strong antibacterial activity against a variety of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. _Pasteurella haemolytica_, _Pasteurella multocida_, and _Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae_ are highly sensitive to florfenicol. In vitro, the antibacterial activity of florfenicol against many microorganisms is similar to or stronger than that of thiamphenicol. Some bacteria that are resistant to florfenicols due to acetylation, such as _Escherichia coli_ and _Klebsiella pneumoniae_, may still be sensitive to florfenicol. It is mainly used for bacterial diseases in pigs, chickens, and fish caused by sensitive bacteria, such as respiratory diseases in cattle and pigs caused by _Pasteurella haemolytica_, _Pasteurella multocida_, and _Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae_. Typhoid and paratyphoid fever caused by _Salmonella_, fowl cholera, pullorum disease, and _Escherichia coli_ infections; bacterial septicemia, enteritis, and red skin disease in fish caused by _Pasteurella_, _Vibrio_, _Staphylococcus aureus_, _Aeromonas hydrophila_, and _Enterobacteriaceae_. Pharmacokinetics Florfenicol is rapidly absorbed after oral administration, reaching therapeutic concentrations in the blood after about 1 hour, and peak plasma concentrations are reached in 1-3 hours. Bioavailability is over 80%. Florfenicol is widely distributed in the animal body and can cross the blood-brain barrier. It is mainly excreted unchanged in the urine, with a small amount excreted in the feces.
相互作用：
(1) Macrolides and lincosamides share the same target site with this product, binding to the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes. Concurrent use may result in antagonism. (2) May antagonize the bactericidal activity of penicillins or aminoglycosides, but this has not yet been demonstrated in animals.
作用用途：
Amidinohydroxy antibiotics. Used for infections caused by Pasteurella and Escherichia coli.
不良反应：
This product exhibits strong immunosuppressive effects when used at doses higher than recommended.
注意事项：
(1) Laying hens used for egg production should not be treated with this product during their laying period. (2) Use with caution in breeding hens. (3) Do not use in animals during vaccination or with severely compromised immune function.
