Based on this product. Oral administration: Single dose, 0.2~0.3g per 1kg body weight for chicken, twice daily for 5 consecutive days; Mixed drinking: 0.6g per 1L of water for chicken, for 3~5 consecutive days.

药理作用：
Pharmacology Amoxicillin is a β-lactam antibiotic with a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity. Its antibacterial spectrum and activity are basically the same as ampicillin. Its antibacterial activity against most Gram-positive bacteria is slightly weaker than penicillin, and it is sensitive to penicillinase, so it is ineffective against penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. It has a strong effect on Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Proteus, Salmonella, Haemophilus, Brucella, and Pasteurella, but these bacteria easily develop resistance. It is not sensitive to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Because its absorption in monogastric animals is better than ampicillin, and its blood concentration is higher, it is more effective against systemic infections. It is suitable for systemic infections caused by sensitive bacteria in the respiratory system, urinary system, skin, and soft tissues. Pharmacokinetics Amoxicillin is quite stable against gastric acid, and 74%~92% is absorbed after oral administration in monogastric animals. Gastrointestinal contents affect its absorption rate, but not the extent of absorption, so it can be administered in feed. After oral administration of the same dose, the serum concentration of amoxicillin is 1.5 to 3 times higher than that of ampicillin.
相互作用：
(1) This product, when used in combination with aminoglycosides, can increase the concentration of the latter inside bacteria, showing a synergistic effect.(2) Fast-acting bacteriostatic agents such as macrolides, tetracyclines, and amphenicols have an interfering effect on the bactericidal action of this product and should not be used together.
适应症：
Primarily used for the treatment of infections caused by Gram-positive cocci and Gram-negative bacteria sensitive to amoxicillin, such as Staphylococcus aureus infection, Escherichia coli infection, pullorum disease, and infectious rhinitis.
不良反应：
Used as prescribed dosage, no adverse reactions observed so far.
注意事项：
(1) Prepare and use immediately. (2) Do not use during the egg-laying period of laying hens.
