This product is a white or off-white powder.
药理作用：
Pharmacology Amoxicillin is a β-lactam antibiotic with a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity. Its antibacterial spectrum and activity are basically the same as ampicillin. Its antibacterial activity against most Gram-positive bacteria is slightly weaker than penicillin, and it is sensitive to penicillinase, so it is ineffective against penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. It has a strong effect on Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Proteus, Salmonella, Haemophilus, Brucella, and Pasteurella, but these bacteria easily develop resistance. It is not sensitive to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Because its absorption in monogastric animals is better than ampicillin, and its blood concentration is higher, it is more effective against systemic infections. It is suitable for systemic infections caused by sensitive bacteria in the respiratory system, urinary system, skin, and soft tissues. Pharmacokinetics Amoxicillin is quite stable against gastric acid, and 74%~92% is absorbed after oral administration in monogastric animals. Gastrointestinal contents affect its absorption rate, but not the extent of absorption, so it can be administered in feed. After oral administration of the same dose, the serum concentration of amoxicillin is 1.5 to 3 times higher than that of ampicillin.
相互作用：
(1)Combined use with aminoglycosides can increase the concentration of the latter in the bacteria, exhibiting a synergistic effect. (2)Rapidly acting bactericidal agents such as macrolides, tetracyclines, and aminoglycosides interfere with the bactericidal action of this product and should not be used together.
适应症：
Mainly used for amoxicillin-sensitive Gram-positive cocci and Gram-negative bacterial infections, such as staphylococcosis, colibacillosis, pullorum disease, and infectious coryza, etc.
不良反应：
Use according to the prescribed dosage; no adverse reactions have been observed yet.
注意事项：
(1) Freshly prepared. (2) Not to be used during the egg-laying period of laying hens.
