药理作用：
Pharmacology: Ciprofloxacin is a broad-spectrum bactericidal antimicrobial drug. It is effective against Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Klebsiella, Brucella, Pasteurella, Actinomyces pyogenes, Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Proteus, Serratia marcescens, Corynebacterium pyogenes, Pasteurella multocida, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, etc. It is less effective against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus, and weakly effective against anaerobic bacteria. It has a significant post-antibiotic effect on susceptible bacteria. The mechanism of action is to act on bacterial DNA gyrase, interfering with bacterial DNA replication, transcription, and repair recombination, preventing normal bacterial growth and reproduction, leading to bacterial death. Pharmacokinetics: This product is rapidly but incompletely absorbed after oral administration. It is widely distributed in the body and can readily enter tissues and body fluids. It is mainly excreted unchanged in the urine.
相互作用：
(1) Synergistic effects when used with aminoglycosides or broad-spectrum penicillins. (2) Heavy metal ions such as Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe3+, and Al3+ can chelate with this product, affecting absorption. (3) When used with theophylline and caffeine, due to changes in protein binding rate, plasma protein binding rate is reduced, and the concentration of theophylline and caffeine in the blood is abnormally increased, even causing theophylline poisoning symptoms. (4) It has the effect of inhibiting liver enzymes, which can reduce the clearance rate of drugs mainly metabolized in the liver and increase the blood drug concentration.

不良反应：
(1) Causes cartilage degeneration in young animals, affecting skeletal development and causing lameness and pain. (2) Digestive system reactions include loss of appetite and diarrhea. (3) Skin reactions include erythema, itching, urticaria, and photosensitivity.
