药理作用：
Sarfloxacin is a broad-spectrum antibacterial drug for animal use. It has strong antibacterial activity against most Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacilli and cocci, including most species of Klebsiella, Staphylococcus, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter, Campylobacter, Shigella, Proteus, and Pasteurella. Its effect on mycoplasma is slightly inferior to difloxacin. It is rapidly absorbed after oral administration, reaching peak blood concentrations in 1-3 hours. Oral bioavailability in chickens is 61%. It is widely distributed in the animal body. It is excreted through the kidneys, with high concentrations in the urine. The half-life after oral administration in chickens is 3.3 hours.
相互作用：
(1) Synergistic effects when used with aminoglycosides or broad-spectrum penicillins. (2) Heavy metal ions such as Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe3+, and Al3+ can chelate with this product, affecting absorption. (3) When used with theophylline and caffeine, due to changes in protein binding rate, plasma protein binding rate is reduced, and the concentration of theophylline and caffeine in the blood is abnormally increased, even causing theophylline poisoning symptoms. (4) It has the effect of inhibiting liver enzymes, which can reduce the clearance rate of drugs mainly metabolized in the liver and increase the blood drug concentration.
作用用途：
Fluoroquinolone antibacterial drug. Used for infectious diseases caused by susceptible bacteria.
不良反应：
(1) Causes cartilage degeneration in young animals, affecting skeletal development and causing lameness and pain. (2) Digestive system reactions include vomiting, anorexia, and diarrhea. (3) Skin reactions include erythema, pruritus, urticaria, and photosensitivity.

Laying hens are prohibited during the laying period.
