Pharmacology: Amphomycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic with bactericidal activity against a wide range of Gram-negative bacteria (such as Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella, Klebsiella, Proteus, Pasteurella, Treponema hyodysenteriae, Bordetella bronchiseptica), as well as Staphylococcus and Mycoplasma. The unique chemical structure of amphomycin resists inactivation by various plasmid-encoded inactivating enzymes, resulting in less drug resistance in Gram-negative bacteria. Many pathogenic E. coli and Salmonella isolated from animals are sensitive to it. Amphomycin does not exhibit cross-resistance caused by chromosomal mutations with other aminoglycosides. Pharmacokinetics: Oral administration can be partially absorbed (especially in newborn animals), with the absorption amount related to the dose and decreasing with the animal's age. The drug is excreted unchanged through the kidneys. The elimination half-life in calves is 4.4 hours, and in sheep, rabbits, and chickens, it is 0.8-1.7 hours.
相互作用：
(1) Synergistic effects when used in combination with penicillin or cephalosporin. (2) The antibacterial effect of this product is enhanced in an alkaline environment. Combined use with alkaline drugs (such as sodium bicarbonate, aminophylline, etc.) can enhance the antibacterial effect, but the toxicity is also correspondingly enhanced. When the pH exceeds 8.4, the antibacterial effect is weakened. (3) Contact with iron rust can inactivate the drug. (4) Combined use with cephalosporins, dextran, potent diuretics (such as furosemide, etc.), erythromycin, etc., can enhance the ototoxicity of this product. (5) Skeletal muscle relaxants (such as succinylcholine chloride, etc.) or drugs with this effect can enhance the neuromuscular blocking effect of this product.

不良反应：

注意事项：
(1) Chickens used for egg production are not allowed during the laying period. (2) This product is easily inactivated by iron rust.
