药理作用：
Pharmacodynamics: Tiamulin is a pleuromutilin antibiotic that has a bactericidal effect on susceptible bacteria at high concentrations. It inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit. Tiamulin has good antibacterial activity against Mycoplasma and Brachyspira hyodysenteriae, and also good antibacterial activity against most Gram-positive bacteria, including Staphylococcus and Streptococcus (excluding Group D Streptococcus). It has some effect on Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, and weaker antibacterial activity against most Gram-negative bacteria. This product, combined with chlortetracycline at a 1:4 ratio, can treat porcine bacterial enteritis, bacterial pneumonia, and spirochetal swine dysentery. It shows significant efficacy against pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Bordetella bronchiseptica, and Pasteurella multocida mixed infections. Pharmacokinetics: Tiamulin is well absorbed after oral administration in pigs. After a single dose, the bioavailability is approximately 85%, and peak plasma concentration is reached in 2-4 hours. The drug is widely distributed in the body, with the highest concentration found in lung tissue. Tiamulin is extensively metabolized in the body, producing more than 20 metabolites, some of which have antibacterial activity. Tiamulin metabolites are mainly excreted from feces via bile, and approximately 30% are excreted in urine.
相互作用：
(1) Concurrent use with polyether antibiotics such as monensin, salinomycin, and lasalocid may affect the metabolism of these polyether antibiotics, leading to slow growth, movement disorders, paralysis, and even death. (2) Concurrent use with other antibiotics that bind to the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes (such as macrolides and lincomycin) may lead to reduced efficacy due to competition for the same binding site.
作用用途：
Truncated pleuromutilin antibiotics. Mainly used for the prevention and treatment of swine mycoplasma pneumonia and Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, also used for swine dysentery caused by spirochetes.
不良反应：
When used at the recommended dosage, pigs may sometimes develop skin erythema. If over-applied, it can cause transient salivation, vomiting, and central nervous system depression in pigs.
注意事项：
(1) Do not use in combination with polyether antibiotics such as monensin, salinomycin, and lasalocid. (2) Avoid contact of the drug with eyes and skin.
休药期：
