Dosage:

Based on this product. Oral administration: 0.333~0.667g per 1kg body weight for chickens, for 3~5 consecutive days.

主要成分:

Florfenicol

性状:

This product is a white or off-white powder.

药理作用:

Pharmacodynamics Florfenicol is a broad-spectrum antibiotic belonging to the amphenicol class. It is a bacteriostatic agent that works by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit to inhibit bacterial protein synthesis. It exhibits strong antibacterial activity against various Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Hemolytic Pasteurella, Pasteurella multocida, and Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae are highly sensitive to florfenicol. In vitro, florfenicol's antibacterial activity against many microorganisms is similar to or stronger than that of thiamphenicol. Some bacteria resistant to amphenicols due to acetylation, such as Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae, may still be sensitive to florfenicol. It is primarily used for bacterial diseases in pigs, chickens, and fish caused by sensitive bacteria, such as respiratory system diseases in cattle and pigs caused by Hemolytic Pasteurella, Pasteurella multocida, and Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae. Also for typhoid and paratyphoid caused by Salmonella, fowl cholera, pullorum disease, E. coli disease in chickens; and bacterial septicemia, enteritis, and red skin disease in fish caused by Pasteurella piscicida, Vibrio, Staphylococcus aureus, Aeromonas hydrophila, Enterobacter, etc. Pharmacokinetics Florfenicol is rapidly absorbed orally; therapeutic concentrations can be reached in the blood approximately 1 hour after administration, with peak plasma concentrations achieved in 1-3 hours. Its bioavailability is over 80%. Florfenicol is widely distributed in animals, can penetrate the blood-brain barrier, and is primarily excreted unchanged in urine, with a small amount excreted in feces.

相互作用:

(1)Macrolides and lincosamides share the same target site as this product, binding to the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes. Concurrent use may result in antagonism. (2)May antagonize the bactericidal activity of penicillins or aminoglycosides, but this has not yet been demonstrated in animals.

作用用途:

Amidinohydroxy antibiotics. Used for infections caused by Pasteurella and Escherichia coli.

不良反应:

This product exhibits strong immunosuppressive effects when used at doses higher than recommended.

注意事项:

(1) Laying hens used for egg production should not be treated with this product during their laying period. (2) Use with caution in breeding hens. (3) Do not use in animals during vaccination or with severely compromised immune function.

休药期:
